Their opinion matters the most because through them you will know if you need improvement. • Update often your marketing strategies and adopt other effective marketing plans. Your business plan may remain the same but your marketing plan must be often change. Times changes so does the trend and thinking of people. Always adapt to the changes, as long as you know it is for the best. In this industry, risk is your constant shadow, either you act on it or leave it. It is up to you.
• Lead the sales team and cultivate salesmanship in every member of your team. The up and down of your business is your sole responsibility. If you want to prosper, do not just let your people go about their work, grow with them, and teach them the value of salesmanship.
• Broaden your knowledge about your business location and if the place is not going to improve sooner, then its best that you transfer to a good spot. This is when you need to recheck your business plan and see if you did have made a good location choice.
• Keep your customer connection and maintain the relationship by giving a call and sending updates.
