Move to sunny San Diego

Every day in sunny San Diego County seems like a perfect summer day. The coastline, which is long and lovely, is inviting to surfers and walkers. The beachfront is both relaxing and exciting with a good blend of restaurants and shops.

The topography of San Diego County is varied. On its western side is seventy miles of coastline, on its north eastern side are snow-capped mountains and on its far east is the Sonoran Desert. The Cleveland National Forest lies to the southeast. North San Diego County is locally called "North County".

San Diego County incorporates the cities of San Diego, Carlsbad, Chula Vista, Coronado, Del Mar, El Cajon, Encinitas, Escondido, Imperial Beach, La Mesa, Lemon Grove, National City, Oceanside, Poway, San Marcos, Santee, Solana Beach and Vista. As San Diego County is rich and diverse in natural beauty, there is lot that it has to offer to its residents. The miles of coastline are great for surfing, swimming and sunbathing, The County has several great parks that are great for hiking. Most importantly, it has a lot of history.

Old Town in San Diego County was the place of the first European settlement and is therefore called California’s birthplace. The region has several historic monuments and parks and is great treat for any history buff.

As most jobs in San Diego offer great salaries, relocating to the county is not very stressful. There are also a lot of condos, town homes and apartments available for its residents. With the economy flourishing, more and more buildings are coming up. In fact, while property prices may have plateaued in several parts of the State, it continues to grow in San Diego County.
The median price of San Diego apartments is $760 and the average price of two-bedroom apartments is $1,200 in in-land areas and neat the coast, the average price of a one-bedroom apartment is around $ 1,350 and goes up depending on the view and amenities provided in the complex.

The condominium market is also growing rapidly in San Diego County. Condos are coming up quickly in San Diego city as well as its neighborhoods. These condos offer fabulous amenities including 24 hour security, swimming pool and club houses and are great for individuals who want their own home but cannot afford individual homes in the county.
