The THREE Biggest Mistakes Most MLM Distributors Make.

Network Marketing can be very profitable. Imagine all the free time you can have by building a successful MLM business.

After many years of observing the MLM Marketplace, I have noticed that there are many mistakes that MLM didtributors make. These mistakes are not because the Mlm'er is stupid.......it is simply because in most cases they only follow what their upline or MLM Company tell them to do. They are only following the directions of those above them.

Probably the overwhelming reason why most people fail in a Network Marketing Business is that they are told to approach their "warm" market; otherwise known as friends and family. You are told to make out a list of people you know and contact them about "the Business". This is a surefireway to fail. Most people you know are not interested in starting a businessand they certainly are not interested in "bugging" their friends and relatives.Instead of doing this and ifuriating your friends and relatives, you should talk ONLY to people who have an interest in starting their own business. Check with your Upline and try to find about Lead Companies and the services they offer

Another mistake most new MLM distributors make is to fall for the concept of Quick Riches.They generally believe it when a person tells them how they are making $10,000 a month after only a week in the business. What they fail to see is that this person has probably moved a downline from one opportunity to another one. Or maybe they spent years developing a large list and now they can mail almost anything to it and make money.Patience is the key to success in this business. If you understand the principles of MLM and stick to your plan and don't quit......eventualy you will make money. You must always build a firm foundation of distributors and train them to do the same things you do. Staywith the same company and teach others to "duplicate" what you are doing.

A common mistake is the choice of company or products. There are many different estimates, but there are probably 15 million MLM distributors in the USA and it may grow by 5 million more distributors 5 years from now. You might think that this is a huge market, but one very major dynamic has changed. Up until about 1990, there were maybe only about 100 viable MLM Companies. When we look at the present situation, there are literally 1000's of new MLM Company startups yearly.

What does this mean? Everybody is competing for a smaller and smaller share of the available distributor base. So, if your MLM company is marketing the latest "Juice Secret Product from deep in the Chinese Mountains", be certain that 100's of others will at least offer the same product, and for some of them it will be their flagship product too.

When you operate this way you have a huge market to sell to. My preference is to promote generic lead generation systems or in some cases the lead companies themselves have attractive MLM Compensation plans.

It really is not that difficult to do anything...once you know how. Avoid the mistakes that are listed here, and you will get off to a good start in your own MLM Business
