Why oceans and waterways should be privatized There are two main arguments in favor of privatizing rivers and oceans. Second, private corporations can work together with regulatory agencies to ensure that rivers, lakes and ocean areas are taken care of to meet in part; parliamentary, democratic, statutory and public opinion desires - much better than politicized bureaucracies.
